the University of Đà Lạt on the topic of “The Perception and Management of Risk“. Four main areas of re%ection are prioritised in the framework of the thematic workshops: From Crisis to the Reduction of Disaster Risk: The Case of Flooding; Financial and Economic Risk; Impact Evaluation: Methods and Application with a Thematic Focus on Micro&nance; Understanding Past Crises in Order to Manage Better the Present: Initiation to the Geo-historical Modelling of Risks (the 1926 Red River Swelling).
