Potential Financial Frameworks for a Sustainable UNEO

A recent study undertaken by COWI, a Danish consultancy, and co-financed by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Agence Française de Développement examines the potential financial frameworks for a future United Nations Environment Organisation (UNEO), according to the possible future role of this institution. The conclusions are based on three possible scenarios which have been largely defined by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the AFD.
